Hello all!
I have one easy question, but I can't find solution in sap documentation (or I can't understand something.. )
SAP write that end user must have for example role SAP_SUPPDESK_CREATE for user who want to create messages. Ok! I can find this role in Solution Manager, but now I want create message from one of managed systems (for example, SAP ERP 6.0 EhP 4), where I have USER1 and I can't find role SAP_SUPPDESK_CREATE in SAP ERP. What I must do now??

Hi
please note that you have to assign the role only to the Generic users in the solution manager system which uses to connect the satelite system by RFC,
if some of the enduser in managed system trying to create the message from satellite system, it uses RFC connection where the generic user in the RFC already has enough authoraisation.
source please check
SAP_SUPPDESK_CREATE
Create service messages in Solution Manager and satellite systems
. If a generic RFC user creates messages in the SAP Solution Manager system
(the user is entered in the satellite system, in the RFC connection, in the transaction SM59)
this role must only be assigned to this user.
under the link [Overview of roles in the solution manager system|http://help.sap.com/saphelp_sm32/helpdata/en/45/cb27429d16db2ce10000000a1550b0/content.htm]
Thanks,
Jansi

So, as I understand, this must look like this?
