IT 0105 : Subtype 0010

Hi,

My client's requirement is as follows:

1) IT 0105,subtype 0010 (Email) is required for few employees but there may be scenario wherein many employees will not have the email-id.

My client wants that this field (Email Id) should be optional and not mandatory.

As per SAP standard this is mandatory.

Can you please advise if it can be made optional.

Hi manish,

Go to SM30 --> Table T588M --> module Pool MP010500 and for Subtype 0010 change the field to optional.

I doubt that the subtype 0010 of IT0105 would be standard, unless it is for MSS/ESS, but Aranka told you where to change the configuration.

We use subtypes 9001 for regular e-mail (for the Remuneration Statement) and subtype 9003 for the secondary e-mail address.
