Generation of Quotas after completion of probation period.

Hi Experts,

I have a scenario in my project,

Here newly joined employees gets absence quota only after they completes the probation period. How can we do this in SAP.

So here i have added Absence quota screen in confirmation action for that employee so that when i perform confirmation action he gets Absence quota from the date of confirmation. but system is generating quota from his date of hiring.

My question is how can we generate absence quota from his confirmation date.

please guide me towards solution.

Hi,

As suggested by Sikinder...configure date type 'comfirmation date' in infotype 0041 through dynamic action.

In V_T559L table select transfer time ... maintain their your 'confirmation date' date type. Your quota should be in generation for this.

Maintain the Confirmation Date in IT0041 Date Specification and in accurals give this Date type system will generated the quota after confirmation date

you Can have a dynamic action too
