Portal runtime error

Hi all,

I have created a visualization user in Process Control 3.0 and when I´ve logged with that user to the portal, it shows a message like this:

Portal runtime error.

An exception ocurred while processing your request. Send the exception ID to your portal administrator.

Exception ID: HH:MM_DD/MM/YY/_Id

Refer to the log file for details about this exception.

Then, I go to the log and it shows the following text:

ACCESS.ERROR: Authorization check for caller assignment to J2EE security role referencing J2EE security role .

I´ve read some threads but I don´t have any clue related with.

Can anybody help me, please?

Hi,

From log it seems you don't have sufficient permissions for the user you've created in process control 3.0. Would tell me more about where this user is stored and does portal and pc both have same user store? Assign some basic level permissions as "everyone" or content admin from user administration for this user and try again.

Hi Ameya,

First of all, thanks for your post, but I´ve resolved the issue just adding the assigned group " GRC Global Group", and then the user can get into every regulation and see everything.
