Hi,

Material is maintained with PO text in material master., But this text is not appearing in PO print. Any setting to be maintained more?

Make setting for copy rules for po text Img> purchasing >purchase order > define copying rule

Hi,

This setting is done to add different text heads in PO.The requirement of Mr.Sattuj is to how it can be set in PO print Form.this can be done only by the ABAP coding in PO smartform.

I have checked the copying rules, and it is already with 'text automatically adopted in target object"

Hi,

First of all if Material PO Text from material master is getting copied to PO Material PO text at Item level then Text copying rule config. is OK.

Also ensure you are using SAP Standard Print Program with O/P type "NEU". If Yes then to print the texts in Standard PO Print, you need to do the following configuration.

Go to SPRO > MM > Purchasing > Messages > Texts for Messages > Define Texts for Purchase Order - Here select the entry of NB and copy to your PO document type and main the header text Ids with your PO doc type which you want to print.. Then in dialog structure click option "Texts for Document Item" and maintain the document text IDs for PO document type which you want to print.

In case if you are using a customised program to print PO then use Function Module "READ_TEXT" with follwing parameters;

Text Name       EBELN+EBELP
Language        EN
Text ID         F03  i.e. Material PO Text
Text Object     EKPO

Take help of ABAPer to do this.
