Reverse Production Order Closed

hello All

Our client did a production order, issued components, Reported completion and closed the production order.

Now they realized that this was done incorrectly.

They asked me to Reverse the Production Order, I have NO idea how to do this.

I told them to do Goods Issues and Goods Receipts but they dont want to do this. They also want to reverse the labour costs from the Production Order.

Please assist, if this is even possible,

Hello,

Try this and discuss with your client.

1.First Make Disassembly type production order for same finished good.

2. Make Issue for production select Disassembly order.

3.Then make receipt form producton for the Disassembly order then select return component.

Hi Janice,

You can create disassemble production order just same as this closed order and then issue it for production to reverse it.
