Hi Team
hope your are doing good.
When employee viewing the total number of hrs, 8 hrs are missing.
Details :
Total is 148 hrs
used : 4 days ie 32
IT: 2006 : 148
DED : 24 it should show 32 here as IT 2001 is having 4 days of Absence records.
Total deduction is showing only 24 remaining, 8 hrs are missing. It should show 32 hrs but showing only 24 .
Pls guide to decipher.

Check between leave period is there any public holdday or non working day is there.
If absences are recorded for non working day then you need to check your counting rule for public holiday consideration for absence counting.

Thank you for spending some quality time for my issue.
Yah I checked that too.....No PH between those days ie from 10th ,11th ,12th ie 3days ie 3*8 =24
also in previous month another one day ie 8 hrs is there, so total is 24 + 8 = 32 but in 2006 it is showing only 24 remaining 8 hrs are missing.
Checked with Log also , there are some entries made and deleted manually for 2001 but it didnt updated 2006 deduction.
Time eval runs midnightly, hope i gave some inputs.
Also , will the overlapping can be a problem, I m just getting creative.
Siva , I am putting you in this same loop , dont mind otherwise, jus saving Kbs for SAP.

I replicated the issue in Test Environ , What I did was I deleted all the effected ie with exact dates IT 2001 & IT 2006 records for Yr:2011,Again I maintained them and ran time eval, it gave me with expected Quota hrs deducted ie 32.

Hi,
Check the Leave day's with the work shedule / calender for if any pubilic holiday oru satuday/sunday in between.
