I have a PO for 10 no.s of a material. Delivery has been done for 5 numbers.. The delivery completed indicator is set ..

Will the remaining 5 no.s of the PO be considered in MRP? Or will the PO be there in the MD04 screen.

Please explain..

Hi,

Rest 5 will not be considered in in new MRP run. But the PO will be shown in MD04 screen.

PS: Once you do partial GR , the delivary complete indicator will be reset.

Hi,

The PO will not show in MD04 as far as you have not made partial GR from the rest of the qty.It will then reset the "Delivery complete" indicator for the final remaining qty.

For this if you will delete the PO line item after making the "Delivery complete" for the 5qty out of 10,then it will no longer be made GR and in MD04,the PO will not shown.

Hi,

if you have ticked the "delivery complete" checkbox for that particular PO then it will not be considered in MRP list.If you will run MD04 then that PO requirement qty will not show.
