Transfer Order Split using Split profile and Performance profile

Gentlemen,

In WM I have set up Two Step Picking. I have in mind a number of flows From my Source Storage Type to 2-step Stype 200 using sort profiles and split profiles and a profile for performance data.

- Performance Data Profile is not flagged/checked for splitting items

- Profile for TO split, is flagged/checked for splitting along Picking Areas

- Movement 850 is assigned to From St.Type and 200 St.Type and Split Profile

In some cases I have this:

Source Storage Type, Destination Storage Type, Queue, WM movement type, Two Step group and Picking Area are all the same. And yet, the system splits my TO in multiples now and then, where I am expecting one TO.

What am I possibly missing?

The picking areas that you defined - have you updated the storage bins with these 'picking areas'? You can use LS11 to mass update.
