GL line Item Data not updated

hello experts ,

i am working on BW 3.5

and extracting Data GL from FIGL_4

the data was getting loaded till 22.02.2011 but on 23.02.2011 the process chain failed and till date it is failing.

i have checked the error its showing SHORT DUMP but Short dump is not available.

although records are appearing for 23.02.2011 but the request is red with status tab showing below message

Processing in Warehouse timed out; processing steps mising

Diagnosis

Processing in the BW system is taking a long time and the processing step Update rules has still not been executed.

System response

<DS:DE.RSCALLER>Caller is still missing.

Procedure

Check in the process overview in the BW system whether processes are running in the BW system under the background user.

If this is not the case, check the short dump overview in the BW system.

the step by step analysis shows

Have all processing steps been carried out ? is RED

Processing successfully finished? is GREY

now please help me how to get the correct data from 23.02.2011 till date

as when i am running the infopack today again its giving the same records as on 23.02.2011 but still they are not updated

please suggest i have this critical issue

Hello Dear,

It seems like your job has taken longer time than expected. First you cross check your transaction log is full or not with your BASIS team. If everything is perfect(including RFC connection). Request for repeat delta.

Regarding your process chain, pls give me further info so that I can tell you.
