SAP GUI 7.20 on 64-bit Windows 7 Enterprise

Hi,

I have SAP GUI 7.20 Patch level 3 on 64-bit Windows 7 Enterprise installed on my system. I would like to add new entries onto the logon pad (My windows logon id has local admin rights for the system). However, each of NEW, CHANGE and DELETE buttons are disabled. Request your inputs. Thanks!

Regards,

Sachin

Hello Sachin

please use the SAPLOGON.exe

The SAPLGPAD.exe is the saplogon PAD, which have no options to change

the data.

With the SAPLOGON.exe you can change your data in the saplogon.

Hi Sven,

Thanks for your inputs. However, I do not find SAPLOGON.EXE on my system and the Installation Check too, does no report any error or component missing.

Hi Sachin

do you have installed your own package?

The Saplogon is included in the Component

"SAPGUI SUITE" and the "SAPGUI SUITE" is a part of the Product

"Sapgui for Windows 720 ( Compilation 2 )"

You must create your own package with the sapgui suite INCLDUING the SAPLOGON.

Then you can reinstall your new package on your client.

Thanks Sven.

I believe the SAP GUI installed on my workstation wasn't properly installed. Re-installed SAP GUI 7.20 and it worked for me.

Sachin
