Hi,
The PR release was sen with classification with release code 'A' and 'C', and was working properly (means first 'A' has to release then 'C' has to release the PR). Now as per new requirement, we have added release code 'B', so that first 'A' has to release then 'B' and then 'C' has to release the PR.
After configuring the above, the already released PRs are showing as follows:
'A' - released
'B' - released
'C' - Blank
Any idea about the above. How to solve this other than manually resetting/changing the PR.
Thanks.

Dear Friend,
Thank you for reply. We already have done the configuration and it is working fine. But the question is that already released (by 'A' and 'C') PRs are showing now as follows:
'A' - released
'B' - released
'C' - blank
whereas 'B' has not released the above PRs and 'C' has already released the PRs. The status on the PR is showing as '2' released. The question is that is it possible to change the PR so that it shows as "A and C' as released and 'B' as blank.
Thanks.
Hi,
One of the important point to note while changing the existing release strategy is that, there shall not be any unrelease or partially release documnets before transport of the request. All the documents need to be released fully. Otherwise the problem mentioned will be encountered. For the PR to work properly you have to reset the original release strategy, release all the documents, then change the configaration and move the request.
BRegards
