PM plan deadline monitoring

Hi,

I am creating pm plans for a year i.e. 365 pm plans i have maintain.

when i am going through IP 30- deadline monitoring for a month, system creates maintaince orders upto first 21 days only,

from 22 to 30 system shedules call object after day by day.

EX.- I run ip30 on date 1st may for may2011, system creates call object upto 21st may & scdedule next call object on 2nd may i.e for 22 pm plan & for next so on.

my client wants to all call object should call on 1st of may.

kinldly suggest procedures for that.

HI,

Put call horizon as 100 % in Maintenance plan and put Interval for Call Objects as 30 or 31 depemds month in IP30 t-code now execute on month. then automatically all orders generated with same call object.

Hi,

I have tried this by changing call horizon as 100% & interval for call object is 30 days.

I have given input to IP30 as maintenance plan - pm1 to pm30 for next month.

orders are generated only for 1st june to 10 june, means only 10 pm plans has maintenance orders created.

remaining are scheduled on next dates i.e pm plan 11 has call date as 11.06.11.

kindly revert.

Dear Mr.sanjay,

if your maintain Interval for Call Objects (in ip30) as 30 days then system call plans upto 30 days range from ip 30 executing date.

i think your executed ip30 on 11.05.2011 and with interval call objects as 30 then system call from 11.05.2011 to 10.06.2011 range plans only.thats y your getting calls upto 10th june. if interval call object 50 days then system call upto 50 days ragne M.plans.

Hi

Please check for all plans completion indicator is checked or not. As you said the calls are generated for only some plans it may be possible completion indicator is not selected there and for rest of all plan completion indicator is checked for which call is not generated as may be some call are generated earlier and are still to be completed.
