Posting Failure in PRRW. Message (Incorrect Docs).

Hi All

We are getting these errors in PRRW transaction.

E RW609 Error in document: TRAVL 0100000151 EQ5CLNT120.

E GLT2201 Balancing field "Profit Center" in line item 005 not filled.

We are facing this issue in travel management but the error is generic so thought of posting it in this forum.

The same posting is happening correctly in the development system but failing in quality.

The tables involved here are PTRV_DOC_HD, PTRV_DOC_IT and PTRV_DOC_TAX.

For header and tax tables the entries match but the tax entries are missing in PTRV_DOC_IT (item table).

Please help.

Thanks for your response.

I checked the link mentioned by you, but seems like the cost centers are correctly associated with the appropriate profit centers and also the profit center entry is maintained as optional.

There must be some other error.

Problem resolved.

The difference was in the non-deductible nature of the tax VST. Transaction OBCN.

Hi,

I had similar issue and it was rectified selecting the correct document type in PRFI transaction.

Goto transaction PRFI

General Trip Data --> Document Type

Correct document type needs to be maintained here.

In our case it had to be TE but was maintained as AB.
