Hi
We have the scenario , from 1 to 1000 liters small order surcharge should trigger in the sales order Rs.100.
Settings what i have made have condition type ( ZSMA) and maintained Scales from 1 to 1000 liters should charge Rs.100.
and above 1000 liters should be Zero Rs .
from 1 to 1000 ---> rs.100
>1000--> 0
If more than 1000 liters placed in the sales order Small order surcharge should not trigger.
But here we have created a sales order for 500 liters and surcharged 100 Rs because order qty is with in the 1000 liters so that it surcharged.
However i created a delivery for 400 liters and invoiced for 400 liters , but when I checked small order surcharge (ZSMA)
it charged Rs 80 and not Rs. 100 as I have maintained the cond records ( VK11 ) scales from 1 to 1000 liters.
Why this is happening as business want to apply the same Surcharge amount if the qty is fallen with in the range.
Please through Your ides on this.............

Hi
Goto your condition type settings and in 'Control data1' check what is the 'calculation type'. change it to 'Fixed Amount' and try.

Hello
For your condition type ( ZSMA)
Try with Scale Type as B - To-scale.
it will be up to a certain quantity or value (to-scale).
And also check your Scale basis.
Thanks & Regards
