Erron while executing form 16

Dear All,

Here in one of my client iam facing a problem regarding Form 16 . The problem is for the Financial year 2008, 2009 and 2011 Form 16 is coming with out error but if i execute for the financial year 2010 it is give an error message saying that no valid records for the selection criteria .

1.I have checked the payroll results are there and channel maping is done every thing is fine.

so kinldy advice me ......

Hi Friend,

Please kindly check the Switch PC00_M40_SWCH may be active with the Tick. This is for TAN based reporting.

I think u are running the form with company code and the switch is on by default. Remove the tick save the entry.

Hi pradha ,

what you said is correct but from 2011 on wards we want tan based report if i remove that tick and save it will not give any problem in 2011.

Your issue is seems to like payroll result is not avaialbe in cluster for this period. Check the payoll result (Pc_payresult) & PC2 and test for 1 pernr.
