BW Publisher

New role (called Report) has been created in BW7. 2 folder (Purchasing and Finance) has been created in this Role.

I saved my Purchasing related Crystal Report into Purchasing folder. BW Publisher has been setup. In /CRYSTAL/RPTADMIN, I selected only the Purchasing related Crystal Report and publish to BOE. All good.

However, in BOE, the folder Finance also be created and content no report.

Is this bug? How can I restrict only the Purchasing folder is created in BOE?

I do not believe that you can supress the creation of a specific subfolders that is available under a published role.

An option is to create two different roles (Rolle 1: Purchasing Rolle 2: Finance)
