what are plant specific PR document types? waht is the table name?

Hi

Why do you want to create plant specific document types for PR?

Authorizations for creation of PR for a given plant can be controlled by

Plant number.

The authorization object for PR document type is M_BANF_BSA. you add only those document types for which this user is authorized to create PR in this authorization object.

I have a requirement for Purchase requisition document type determination according to plant .

How can this be done using enhancment?? is thr any table ???

If determination is while MRP run , may be you can check

The method CHANGE_BEFORE_SAVE_CONV of BADI MD_PURREQ_CHANGE is called

whithin the following source code:

Include : LM61HF30

FORM SAVE_REQUISITION.

CALL FUNCTION 'UMSETZEN_PLANAUFTRAG' IN UPDATE TASK

If it is manual creation of PR, you can try with exit

EXIT_SAPLMEREQ_001, EXIT_SAPLMEREQ_003,

Maintain a table with plant and document type combination and put error message if the selection of document type and plant does not match,.
