We just purchased the upgrade version of Xcelsius, Departmental edition for 2011 (aka SAP Crystal Dashboard Design 2008). I can't install it without getting an error that Excel is not present.
I have Office 2010 & Excel loaded on my computer which is Windows 7 based.
In checking the tech specifications, I don't see Office 2010 products listed as compatible. However, Windows 7 is not listed either, but I understand it is supported.
Is there any clarification to this? Does the new version of Xcelsius work with Excel 2010 & Windows 7? Or is there some patches or fixes I need?
Thanks for your help!

Thanks, that helps to clear things up. This is the page I was referencing which looks to be out-of-date:
One more question:
Does this mean that if you have a Windows 7 64-bit system & have installed the 32-bit version of Office 2010 (instead of the 64-bit) that Xcelsius should install?
Thanks again,
Laura
