Not much info to go on. What are you trying to do?
Sage is an OEM Partner of ours so they support their product, we don't have a copy of it so we can't help you to navigate around the Sage software.
What you should do is ask Sage if they support what you want to do and which versions your copy of Sage Software is supported with BOE.
