How to configure XCM?

Hi Gurus,

We are planning to implement a mini standard delivery CRM e-Commerce B2C web shop. We checked in SAP online help, it says there is a document called: CRM Web Application Installation Guide on the Service Marketplace. However, after thorough searching we were not able to find it.

Could you please share this document if it is available to you? We desperately need it to set up our XCM parameters.

There is no specific document with the title "CRM Web Application". But the installation guide is available in SAP Service Marketplace. Use the link to start .. http://service.sap.com/instguides

Navigate through CRM, [CRM 7.0 (or your version) and Install links|https://websmp209.sap-ag.de/~sapdownload/011000358700001888292008E/InstallationGuidesSAPSCM70.htm]. Then select the right Operating System, and Database. The Java component's installation guide is what you need.

The installation guide has the initial steps to install and configure standard versions of the application.

Thanks, it's a good document. Only issue is that it is for CRM version 5.0. Do we have the newer version document for this?

Compared to CRM 5.0, "Nothing much" has changed in CRM 7.0 Web Channel... This document is still valid.
