HI,
We have a problem here that when I click on RPM -> Reporting Cockpit schedule chart to display pictorial information the IGS server renders the picture however the timer on the webdynpro application page still runs and timer just stuck there with out giving any further provision for user action.
I have some expert response on this but could not follow andfind the trace, Can somebody be of some help here,

If you dont know what IGS is being called - can you carry out a
Frontend trace when you recreate the issue.
Do the trace for MPR and TPD
Log the complete HTTP traffic from client to WAS using the
HttpWatch software (http://www.httpwatch.com/).
Please provide a trace with the occurring issue.
Save the trace using the .hwl extension (default one). After
you have saved the log, please attach the file (zipped) to this message.Also tell me the moment (timestamp) when the issue occurred.
Important: Remember to clear the web browser cache before starting the
trace.
If you did know what IGS MPR and TPD are meant to use - follow
below configuration instructions
######Configure the IGS URL for Web Dynpro #######
goto: Configuration Adapter Service
The Configuration Adapter Service allows you to change the servers
properties. In this case, you are to setup the default IGS Url property
for Web Dynpro
Click the change button and then double click the Propertysheet default
-> webdynpro
-> sap.com
->tcwddispwda
Double click on -> Propertysheet default (get a pop-up window)
Click the IGSUrl property, (get a pop-up window)
Enter in your default local IGS. The format is:
http://<hostname>:<http listener port>
Example:
(Enter this URL value in the Custom Field)
Click -> Apply Custom
Note: Once you have applied you configuration setting you must restart
The Java engine for it to take effect!

Hi Sravan,
You need to download and install the HTTPWatch. Then using this tool - one can generate the trace "xxx.hwl" that is being asked here.
