Schedule Agreement was released but internally does not allow changes

Hello,

I have the following issue.

The schedule agreement was released by the manager and buyer, after that checking in ME33L we can see both released code were affected and release status is ok (released)

But when try to do a change ME32L, do ME38 or MIGO we get the error that Schedule agreement is not released yet.

Do you know about this?

Please check if some one has changed release strategy/ any new transports have moved in to system.

Hello Not new transport regarding release strategy has been imported.

It is curious but this is happening after the package upgrades of SAP EPH4. Could that be a reason?
