HR Assignment to PM Work Centers

HR Assignment to PM Work Centers, what is the difference between assigning the HR positions/employees at the work Center Header level vs the Capacity Level, does it have any effect on time confirmations or capacity leveling?

hi

I dont think there is any difference ,since if you enter the person in header level or capacity level while assigning the person to operation in order it will display all the person assigned to the work center

but iam not sure of capacity leveling
