Report of Actual Sales Target Vs Achieved Sales Target in SAP

Dear Friends,

Can anyone give some guideline, if we have any Standard functionality which gives Report on --> Forecasting Target Sales, and then have figures as per Actual.

We need this report Quarter wise / And As on Date.

I am going though SDN, but haven't come to any conclusion.

There are a few questions you need to ask youself....

First, if you are looking at forecast vs. actuals, where are you getting this information from. Are you running APO DP for your forecasted sales?

Second, do you have BI/BW or BOBJ? If you do, ideally you would want to build a cube with this information from these systems, forecasted sales (APO) vs. actuals from ECC and port this to a reporting system (cube) and write your reports on here.

The bigger question is, what is your reporting strategy and how does this fit into the big picture? If you have a proper reporting startegy and infrastructure, then you can start to build the "single source" for your reports.

Dear i guess there is not standard report which meets your requirement. We are also using this report but that is Z report. You have to develop this report by your ABAP. If you find any standard please update here too.
