Hi Guys/Gals,
Negative Time Management Implemented long back... whenever there is an absence(unpaid) recorded. payroll calculates deduction based on number of workdays. lets say 22 days. But needs to change it to 30 days constant, whatever the month may be [Jan(31), Feb(28)...] . Please suggest.

and it is caluculateing on 22 days it means in PRCL 10 have u maintained 2 as specification please do let us know and how the counting rule for LOP is maintained in table T556c
