Error in Customer creation.

Dear All,

We have created new division as NP and made nacessary assignments in Sales & Distribution module, while creating Customer we have received error as "Sales Area 3011 10 NP is not defined for Customer" but we have made assignment through T code OVXG.

Please advice what is the reason for the type of error.

Hi,

You have to maitain this combination (3011 10 NP) in the T.Code VOR1 and VOR2.

The path for this is:

SPRO>Sales and Distribution>Master Data-->Define Common Distribution Channels(This is for VOR1)

SPRO>Sales and Distribution>Master Data-->Define Common Divisions(This is for VOR2)

Make relevant entries in t.codes VOR1 and VOR2 and then try again.
