payroll periods

hi experts, my doubt is same emp group same payroll area but different pay days.

lets say example payroll area:bb

emp group : b

emp subgroup: bb

here there is a executive and a manager are there they are from same payroll area emp grp & esg, then executives get on 5th of the every month and managers should get on 10th.

so how and where can we configre

Can you please tell us in case of March payroll are you going to pay him on April 5th or you will include those 5 days of april and pay it ?

Yes, Since you need to make payment on different dats, you need to have different period parameters atleast. Now in view V_T549A, payroll area is the key field. Hence you can map only 1 period parameter and date modifier to 1 payroll area.

Now also you need to set up ABKRS also to default the right payroll areabased on the decision parameter. Since emp group and emp subgroups are same. And you can decide how you will mapp and maintain it.

Create two payroll area one for Executive who required payment on a date and another for Managers

You have to generate different payroll periods and assign the different period parameters it to different payroll area
