We are trying to setup SSO for AD and BO. Active Directory users and BO servers are in different domains. They are in trusted mode (two way).
We are applying the steps from the guide Configuring Kerberos Manual Authentication and/or SSO in Distributed Environments (requires XI 3.1 SP3 or later).
When we try to logon the BO server. We can see the AD at Authentication field in logon screen. We can see the AD group and AD users in group from BO CMC. But when we write te AD user and password and try to logon to BO server with AD user, sytem gives the error below:
Account information not recognized: Active Directory Authentication failed to log you on. Please contact your system administrator to make sure you are a member of a valid mapped group and try again. If you are not a member of the default domain, enter your user name as UserName@DNS_DomainName, and then try again. (FWM 00006)
Could you please advise us about issue?
