Hi Friends,
I have created one delivery output type for email and assigned my smartform (delivery note), so that it is sending the mail automatically to ship to party with delivery note (pdf) as attachment.
Now I am facing two issues in this
1) Even after creating the condition record with sales org, this output type is not coming automatically, where in the user has to
assign the output type manually in delivery header.
2) I want to have some standard text (as per my requirement) to be sent in the mail along with the attachment.
Can anyone help me out of these two issues.

Did you assigned output procedure in delivery type??
Did you ssiged your output in output procdure??
You can send standard text with output email, you need to go to condition record > slect the condition record go to commumnication > Cover Page Text > give your text and try.
