LTP for material and activity

Hi ,

For a FG, LTP is done .The raw material s are planned thru BOM and the auxillary power required in prod. is considered as an activity and defined in rate routing.

After the LTP run we can find out the raw material requirement.

But how can i find how much auxillary power is required as it is part of routing.

Regards

Dear,

Steps are as follow

1. KP06 - Enter plan per cost center

2. KSPP - Transfer planned activity requirements to cost centers

3. KPSI - Perform activity reconciliation

4. KSU7/8 - Create/chagne plan assessment cycles

5. KSUB - Perform assessment cycles

6. KSS4 - Process plan Splitting

7. KSPI - Execute plan price calculation.

Hi,

Transaction CM38 will show the capacity requirements created by LTP. You may also query tables PLAF and KBKO to report capacity requirements of LTP planned orders.

Hi,

If you defined auxilary power as activity at routing then LTP will not help, Please correct me if iam wrong.

But best way to get correct requiremnt is, just define auxilary power as a pipeline material and assign it in the BOM of FG material

After LTP run you will get correct requirement for auxilary power as like raw material.

Thanks
