I have a BPM that starts with a Receiver Step after this Step there is a Transformation Step that must split the message (DB records from a Sender JDBC) into several messages (records) in a Multiline element the Transformation Step receive the message with the records but the mapping is not generating the multiline element therefore the ForEach block next that must take the multiline element as input stops. I tested the mapping for the split and works fine, any tip on how to split a message into a multiline element?
Hi Ruben,
plz have a look to <a href="/people/sudharshan.aravamudan/blog/2005/12/01/illustration-of-multi-mapping-and-message-split-using-bpm-in-sap-exchange-infrastructure of Multi-Mapping and Message Split using BPM in SAP Exchange Infrastructure</a>.

Udo

The queues are registered, but I still have the same problem, the Transformation Step Mapping is not generating the multiline element, despite that in Test time works fine and no exceptions are generated.

Do I need to register queues in SXMB_ADM - register queues always I use BPMs?

My target message has only one type.

Any ideas?

My source message is a ResultSet with several rows (node unbounded), my target message node is not unbounded by definition, becomes unbounded when I change the occurrence in the Message Tab at the Message Mapping.

HI,
Your Message Type occurence should be zero to undbounded.
Split means, you are going to generate Multiple Messages from One Message. How many target message types you have ?
have a look into these

Hi,
Check your Interface mapping, whether have you given the target as 0..Unbounded.
