Transfere of Custom Developed standard ESS/MSS DC's

Hi Gurus,

i have an issue we are upgrading from EP7 to EHP2, so i created a new track with upgraded software components of ESS/MSS.

Now my issue i have customized standard ess/mss dc's in old track, so how do i move the customized standard ess/mss dc's from old track to newly created track so that i replace the standard ess/mss of new track to customized once.

Please Help me out!
