VL10 - strange split

I have a sales order with 3 positions.

Using VL01N i can create one delivery for 3 pos.

Using a program (bapi) for the creation of the delivery using VL10, the system creates 3 deliveries for the 3 pos. on the sales order. What could be the problem? Is any flag or something on VL10 that could be set in order to create one delivery?

wrong parameters massed to the bapi

If the SAP version is 4.7, then you may need to implement OSS Note 651271 - Undesired delivery split when creating via BAPI

Hi,

Delivery split happens only if we can not ship the goods in single shipment.

That is if the Ship to party are different or the route is different or the shipping point is different.

Also check the user role in user tab (VL10CUA for roles).
