Hi. We are using SRM 5 and I have changed internet service BBPSC01 to have some new parameters.
We support 20 different languages so I need to add the translations.
The "Translation" option is not available in the menus, it is greyed out.
I checked in SE63 but could not see an option for internet services.
I tried logging on in another language and that allowed me to make the changes but when I saved the transport did not update.
I could log on in each language, make the changes and then manually add all the languages to the transport , but does anyone know if there is a better way?
Thanks a lot for your help,
Dave.
I ended up having to log on in each language to maintain the data, but then only the English went in the transport automatically.
I had to create a transport of copies and enter the same tables as were in the English transport and change the language key to * and it worked.

Hi,
Probably you use ITS as a frontpage to users.
You can change translation in html and htrc files.
The file path is: "\usr\sap\its\<version>\<instance>\templates\bbpsc01\99\"
In this folder you can find html files and corresponding htrc files (eg. bbpsc01_en.htrc, bbpsc01_de.htrc etc.)
*.htrc files has data like key-value like:
FAX_NO Fax Area Code and Number
in *.html file you can use this key like this:
`#FAX_NO`
Remember to restart your ITS instance.
Regards,
Marcin
