For the material is having around 8 operation and one new activity as to inserted in terms QM implementation in routing how it is possible

later only QM module was implimenting,now i want to insert one operation for quality checking in the routing as the 4 th operation

Yes its possible.......You can define MIC's in Operation 4 ,which will allow you to do Result recording for 4th operation

Hi Faisal,

You may define so.

1. Go to CA02, Operation overview.

2. Select 5th operation. It will turn brownish.

3. Then go to Edit - > Insert Line

4. This will add one blank line between operation 40 and 50.

5. Give number to this operation as 45 say, define appropriate control key and define inspection characteristic.

You can define inspection characteristics in already existing operations also.

Hii,

I think your concern is on Activity type. First define activity type in Kl01 & assign same activity in Work center. Assign Workcenter to Operation of the Routing. now at the time of Results cofirmation system triggers to enter Activitty value for each activity.
