Sir,

How to know what are the data recorded for a particulat MIC in a table format any standard report is available

if i want to use a chart what are the setting required to obtain

pls explain me ins tep by step from the very beginnig

what is the difference between Acceptance charts and Shewhart charts whaich one we want to make use

I think there is no such report

for chart

Create an inspection plan

Create an MIC with SPC char through control indicator.

Assign this MIC to plan

Use sampling procedure with X bar and Standard deviation.

Choose, control chart for Material in the inspection plan.

This setting can provide you a chart with info for this material like minimium and maximum and avaerage values. Please use the tab result history for getting this information by choosing quantitative alyout by choosing this MIC.

Sir,

Everything was cleared

exept one thing

Use sampling procedure with X bar and Standard deviation

while creating sampling procedure were we can find X bar and Standard deviation area

X bar is the control char type whereas Standard deviation is calculated after result recording .

Standard deviation actually depends upon the entries entered in result recording !!
