Messages in Xi is less than the messages in R/3 server after processing.

Hi Experts

I have a scenario file - Idoc.

XI picks up the file from FTP process it and sends to the R/3 server.

Now I have a problem is when I check the Data in XI using IDX5 or SXMB_MONI the no of messages in xi is less than the messages in R/3 server.

I am checking the data of the last day like 8th May from 00:00:00 to 23:59:59 in both the cases.

In R/3 I check using BD87 t code.

Hi,

I assume that yo uare selecting direction 1 (outbound) in IDX5.

for the discrepancies, you can also track IDOCS , IDOC# generated on R3 from IDx5 transaction.

for this you can select any one row in IDX5 and click on the arrow type icon button, which you can find just below the "XML messages in Adapter" text.

After clicking on that you can track the IDOCs on R3 and check status.

Ya I am also doing exactly the same . But the problem is that I am checking for yesterday datas.

In idx5 I get total of 2625 messages for orders.

When I check the same on BD87 i get 2636 messages with status 53 & 1 message with status 51.

Difference is of 11.

Now the question in how is it possible that it is picking 2625 data from FTP and after processing its sending 2637 data on R/3 server.

can you verify if all idocs on your receiver side are from PI ?

can you check the idocs with corresponding same criteria by BD87 ?

If you are checking based on date and you have discrepancy,is there any chance that there is a time difference(different time zones) between your PI and ECC system?

Can you please check if there is any program/report on R/3 that is copying the Idocs.
