hi all,

I have some issue regarding private and public key. I will be very thankful if someone could explain me, how to generate public and private key in sap r/3

If STRUST is not available, them you need to use its predecesor: a little OS program called SAPGENPSE.exe.

A search on help.sap.com will show you how to use it.

Does SAP R/3 Supports PKI ( Public Key Infrastructure )?

Yes, of course.

SAP just uses standard X.509 certificates.

For Intranet use we use our own internal PKI certification authority to sign all SAP systems certificates.

Hi,

I would suggest to be more specific and describe what you really want to achieve. Many good guys stop on this forum and they can give you much more than answers for questions which can be easily find in SAP documentation. And honestly, answers for all your questions can be found in SAP documentation.
