Compare two ER systems / namespaces

Hi,

is it possible to automatically compare two systems

(for example DEV PIand QA PI) ?

I need two compare the namespaces in one system (DEV) with the namespaces in a second system.

There was a difference produced by some manual tansports that failed. Since there are a lot of objects, I need to know where the difference is.

In terms of ESR, is the a way to compare one namespace in DEV with the same namespace in QA?

In R/3, you can compare tables across clients. Something similiar?

I don't know if is possible or not, but in my opinion i'm almost sure that

should be impossible to do with standard tools.
