Hi Venkadesh,
Just to understand the requirement, why do you need to uncheck the button for planned delivery time "Take into account"?. This checking / unchecking only helps in considering or not considering 'Zero' planned deliver time from External procurement relationship. Any value here will be considered even if the box is unchecked.
Otherwise, you requirement can be met by one of the following:
1. Maintain 'zero' for planned delivery time field in location product master (receiving location), if your planned delivery time is zero in external procurement relationship and different in location product master.
2. Use an APO LSMW for unchecking this box after IM generation & activation of external procurement relationship. (Here, I am not sure about the frequency of IM generation & activation for external procurement relationship)
3. You can use the CIF enhancement APOCF032 for controlling the source of supply inbound parameters. Probably, you need a development here.
Regards,
Raghav
