Pco 2.1 SP 5, Notification, can you send the timestamp of a Pi tag?

I'm using PCo 2.1 SP with OSI Pi using the native connector.

I have a simple notification that fires on the change of a tag. Is there a way to send the timestamp of that tag at the same time? I'm not talking about using the datenow function in PCo but the actual source timestamp.

I need this because in case MII goes down and PCo is buffering the notification events, I want the original time stamp from the Pi tag, not the time that message actually gets there.

There is a Created Date in the notification that may help.

Yeah but if the customer is setting time stamps from the source that doesn't really help too much. But thanks for the suggestion.

What they want to see are downtime timestamps in the event database we created exactly match the timestamps in PI.
