VF04 display also sales order number in case of delivery based billing

Hi,

for delivery related billing VF04 displays the delivery number in column 'sales document'.

Does anyone know, if possible to display also the sales order number additonally?

Hello,

VF04 is based on billing due list table VKDFS.

VF04 list shows the informations contained in VKDFS.

The column Sales Document is the document that should be billed, stored in VKDFS-VBELN.

In case of delivery-related billing, it is the delivery number, in case order-related billing, it is the sales order.

yes i know that it shows the delivery number for delivery related billing and the order number for order related billing.

i wanted to know if someone has an idea (ever solved the problem) to show the order number (additionally to the delivery number) for delivery related billing.

Hello,

it is necessary to modify the strcuture VKDFIF used to show the billing due list.

The include VKDFIZ is reversed for custom development.

You should add the field for sales order.

Then you have to fill the added field by userexit.

The SAP note [69519|https://bosap-support.wdf.sap.corp/sap/support/notes/69519] gives an idea about it (it is for another field, you have to adapt it).
