Hi,
You can try performing dummy change service user like PIDIRUSER , PIAPPLUSER etc. Here is the list of PI service users > http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nwmobile71/helpdata/en/56/361041ebf0f06fe10000000a1550b0/content.htm

Hi,
we have already to "Release 7.11 Support Package 6" so I understand that we can use Option 1....
Save a change (this can also be a dummy change) in the exchange profile; for example, change the logon language of a service user, which you can change again after saving.
but how can I know what is exchange user? ... the current loged on user?
Regards.
