SAP GUI 7.20 Patch 5 / 6 Problem

Dear all,

I installed the GUI 7.20 Patch 5 several weeks ago, since then the Transaction DB13 doesnt show the Planning calender.

It says "Determining version data" in the lower left corner and nothing else happens. With the help of SM04 I can cancel the transaction.

After the installation of Patch 6 the Transaction DB13 worked for one time. Since then it shows the same text "Determining version data".

My PC is running Windows 7 SP1, the Internetexplorer 9 is installed. Our SAP System ist a ERP 6 ABAP System with EHP4 installed.

Any idea?

der IE 9 is a RTW/RTM version or an RC version?

Please chack the version of the IE9.

If not a RTW/RTM version please download the ie9 again from

the MS download portal

I can confirm that the RTM Version 9.0.8112.16421 is installed.

Hi Peter

the the best way to solve this is an OSS message in BC-FES-CTL.

Then i can logon to your system and can analyse the issue.
