Need to change the URL to the new URL inside the SC workflow

Hi,

i need to change the old web link to the new link inside the workflow,

while creating the shopping cart the workflow ws14000133 is triggered ,the approvers will get a mail,in the body of the mail there is logon hyperlink will points to a web address, i need to change the web address.

we have to maintain in portal link.please give your valuable suggestions to solve this.

Hello,

If you are using portal, check the settings available in SPRO.

Otherwise, there is a parameter defined at user level in PPOMA_BBP - ITS_DEST, which points to ITS logon link.

Go to SRM Server->Technical Basic Settings->Maintain Portal information.

Here you can change the portal link. from Dev or Quality or Production.
