I have a lot of invoices and i want to repeat an output message in every one of them (1 - Send with periodical...). Is there a program/t-code that i can use for this without takeing one by one?

With timing 1 you need to use ABAP RSNAST00 (via SE38). You need to enter the object key as the billing document. Slect the 'Send again' option.
Use t.code VF31, use processing mode as 2. This will repeat the output.
