GRC CUP restrict New User

Hi,

How can i restrict new user creation in GRC CUP,if userid already exist in SAP System.Let's say,requestor creating new_user account by grc cup,if userid already exist in SAP then it should not create it.

Hi,

With following configuration setting ,hope we can restict the same,

COnfiguration - workflow-auto provisioning -then -Enable Account Validation Check -yes and Select Warning or Error --error.

Hope,this wil work..with above setting, system will give error and message that user is already exists in system if user try to create request with account type as new account.
