Solution Manager BI Reporting

Dear Experts,

Good day, please experts i need some help over here using solution manager to export data into BW infocubes.

i read about the data extraction "Incident management" and i knew that the solution manager is the donor of data into BW. but i miss how to extract data from Solution manager to BW infocubes. can any body give me some help here i searched and tried a lot but i didn't reach something yet.

Dear Allam,

Good day, thanks a lot for your respond i appreciate this a lot but i've passed over the links you provided me but it didn't help i can't yet configure the incident management to export and send data to BW infocubes. i need technical step by step how to do the configuration for collecting data from solution manager, and for your information the data i need regarding service desk information about messages analysis.

Hi Marwan,

In addition to the suggestions above, I strongly recommend you apply all relevant notes related to SolMan BI reporting (see category SV-SMG-SUP-REP), such as 0001426342, 1490175, 0001493494, and you will save yourself a lot of beating your head against the desk. By now most of these notes will be included in the latest composite note but it never hurts to check for new ones. Note 1421507 is also a good place to start.

Dear Jon,

Good day, hope you're fine. i went through the pdf and passed through the notes and they did well i've activated the incident management but through BW on the same client i failed to activate the solution manager incident management cubes on other BW server, any way after activating the cubes i found that only 2 multi-providers are working and collecting data while a lot of infocubes and ODS are active but has no transformations or infosurces which in role have no data inside, like for example ( message status, durations, etc...). So do u have any idea what can i do ??
