Hi,
We have migrated from SRM 5.0 to SRM 7.0.
When ever mail is being sent to approver for approval, it has ITS link.
we are using task TS10008126 and program RSWUWFMLEC for sending the offline approval.
Could you please let us know, how to change that link to Portal, becuae currently we are using portal for SRM 7.0.
So we need to replace that link with portal.
Regards
Venkatesh P
Hi,
you have to maintain the link under SPRO-SAP SRM - SRM SERVER -TBS- MAINTAIN PORTAL INFORMATION for protocol (Internal ) as http and full qualified domain name as your domain name..

1511180 - The hyperlink in the offline approval email is incorrect
Symptom
You are using program /SAPSRM/OFFLINEAPPROVALSEND to send offline approval mails. The hyperlink in the generated email is incorrect.
The URL which is displayed in your offline approval emails is not working.
In SRM follow the customising menu path below :
SPRO
SAP Supplier Relationship Management
SRM Server
Technical Basic Settings
Maintain Portal Information
Make sure that the following entries are maintained.
Port of SAP Portal(Internal): e.g. 50000
Protocol (Internal): e.g. http
Root Path of iView/Application : e.g. /irj/portal/prtroot/
Full Qualified Domain Name(Internal) : e.g. pwdf6379.wdf.sap.corp
Note : It is not necessary to add the string '://' to the customising entries, as this is hard coded concatenated to the URL.
Hello,
Note 1346679 mentions about ITS links in UWL when approving work items.
In SRM 7.0 you should use /SAPSRM/OFFLINEAPPROVALSEND instead of RSWUWFMLEC.
